Despite this, our community ( and beyond ) turned up in crowds & raised a gratuitous amount for the program. This year we're aiming much higher.

Hot Air Balloon Rides

The hot air balloon rides are the most talked-about experience at the festival.
Float over the Rocky Mountains with a breathtaking view of Squaretop Mountain very few get to see. As well as acres of regenerative farmland, wildflower meadows, livestock, and the festivities! A portion of every balloon ticket goes directly to funding for the 84 Youth Program.

We are currently seeking a passionate team of Voulnteers & Part-time assistance!
Coordinators & Administrators
We are currently looking for a dedicated Program Coordinator for part-time assistance. This role involves helping run youth workshops, coordinating program volunteers, and managing sanctuary needs.
Additionally, we are searching for ( volunteer or part time ) Administrative Assistance with bookkeeping, grants, and helping us maintain integral partnerships through communications.

Ranch & Animal Care Specialist
Join the Regenerative Youth of 84 program team as a Ranch/Animal Care Specialist, where you'll help ensure the health and well-being of our livestock while supporting youth-focused programs on the ranch.
This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys hard work, fresh air, and making a positive impact in the lives of both animals and future generations.
